Father’s will, desire and design is for your wonderful health—and nothing has changed that!
Holy Spirit directed me to share this with you, especially those who have been battling fear and angst regarding the p&ndemic and potential v&cc&nes.
The good news is that nothing has changed regarding your wonderful health!
The fact of the matter with a health scare, or p&ndemic, or v&cc&nes is that it hits us all where it hurts. There is no one on the face of the planet who has not been touched by sickness in a painful way.
Yet, Holy Spirit said: “The good news is that nothing has changed regarding your wonderful health!”
Testimony
Let me share a testimony with you.
A few years back when I was in a difficult place on many fronts, and quite honestly, not giving thanks about it, the Father stopped me in my tracks with what He told me: “I am giving you what you want.”
I did not understand what He meant, but it did stop my (inner) fussing and complaining and my (outer) fuming.
One thing that happened was that we got sick. Many instances. Rough time.
I knew that Jesus is the Healer; He paid for our wellness and faith is key to receiving. I knew all that. He’d grown me to the point to stop blaming Him when things didn’t work, and to search for answers and solutions instead.
I started with the premise that: 1. Jesus is Healer, He wants us to be well. 2. How do I move with Him for this to be accomplished in my life and family?
That led to a journey.
Journey
- acknowledging and releasing bitterness against those I viewed who had passed sickness onto me
- allowing fears to resurface and taking them to Father where I prayed through them
- asking Holy Spirit to heal all those places and fill them with His Spirit
- learning new things about health and the physical body which included: changes in the way I ate (physical), changes in how I processed (emotional), changes in how I understood the body to work and how Father designed it to work.
Physical level
Also, I went after the Word and the Spirit to learn how to live from a place of secure confidence physically and spiritually regarding sustained health. Did you know that the best protection for a plant against disease and pests is health? Build a healthy plant, build a healthy person, and they are impervious to sickness!
From there, I implemented gargling with peroxide after being around people or just getting home from work, school, and the grocery store. It’s a fast way to kill germs without waiting for them to multiply.
Of course, washing with soap (rather than s&nitizers) is centuries-old proven to kill germs. Father told Israel under Moses to wash their hands under flowing water (not standing water) after coming in from the marketplace (public place). I over-washed one of my sons, and had discovered that didn’t help! So, I let the others play in the dirt, and guess what (to my surprise!)? Their immunity was built by washing with soap and water and playing in the dirt. It’s a principle backed in Scripture.
Another physical thing I learned was to take 1-2 drops of organic oregano essential oil diluted in olive oil inside a capsule after being in a situation where there could be exposure to sickness (give it to whole family who is old enough to be able to swallow).

Adding more greens to your diet.
Turning off the world, decompressing, and going to sleep at a decent hour. BTW: Decompressing is so key. Shut out the noise and stop work. Do something that helps you unwind. For example: cold or hot shower or bath, playing quiet music, praying or meditating, sitting outside in a nature-setting that’s quiet, reading, deep breathing with/or without calming essential oils such as lavender or rose oil, and/or listening to water sounds.
Spiritual level
The Lord taught me to pray daily that: “No deadly thing harms us, and Holy Spirit fills us with His life [resurrection power].”
“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you” (NIV, Luke 10:19).
I had to pray through pain and fears I had ingested and practice praying this until faith arose. Then faith did arise, and I could agree–it is true!
Father designed the physical body to heal. To regenerate at the cellular level, always. In order to move in His design, it is essential to choose well what we eat, to do healthy things like: move, sleep, drink water, get fresh air, and practice thankfulness.
These are things that I learned, and which have to be put into practice on our end, and do you know what? It works! Because He designed it to work.
Faith + Action = Harvest we like!
Do our part with physical stewardship.
Trust in His part of protecting us.
Keep doing our part.
Keep believing in His part (faith). Speak it [sound of His Word ignites faith, Rom. 10:17].
Be well.
Faith that trusts the Lord takes action. It’s not faith alone with no action. Or action alone with no faith. It is faith in Father, Son and Spirit AND with wise actions that produces the results we want! (James 2:17).
To confirm what Father said to me during that tough time in my life: Yes, He did give me what I wanted—to overcome fear, stress and anxiety and to build health for me and my family.
This p&ndemic has changed NOTHING in terms of what Father designed for your WONDERFUL health. The v&cc&nes are not the protection that is needed. It is Him. Your part and His part together.
Grace
Salvation is a free gift—Jesus did all the work, we only have to use faith to receive it.
For other things, like health stewardship and sickness prevention or recovery, it is necessary for us to apply faith and action. In the places that we don’t get it all right, His grace covers us. I have seen Him do it for me, and He will most certainly do it for you.
Prayer for you
Father, thank You that You do give us what we desire, even though it’s often wrapped in packages we don’t like. Thank you that NOTHING changes Your Word and Your Spirit which is relevant and powerfully effective NOW and is never outdated.
Father, every person who is struggling with fear, anxiety and stress over the p&ndemic and over v&cc&ines and all that has gone with these, I bring them before You. Deliver them. Wash their sins out with the blood of Jesus. Heal them, comfort them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Open their eyes to see and ears to hear what You would have them to—what and where are the solutions You have for their wonderful health which NOTHING has changed.
Restore and do much more, Father, in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ, amen!
